The villa was built in a traditional manner in 1979,

The 1st owners (we) moved in on 01 June 1980

"Ammans B&B" (Bed & Breakfast) from 1986 up to 2006

A hotel license H* (first Hotel star!) was granted on 15 December 1995

On 08 December 1999 "Ammans B&B" met the H** (2 star) conditions

A new boiler (Viessmann) with external sensor has been placed in 2004

The double glazing in the kitchen and living room were replaced by super insulating glass in 2009
