What are the advantages of staying in your "Ammans Holiday Apartment" rather than in a B&B or hotel?
   First of all, the 
of course!
+ Both bedrooms are fully equipped with their own private shower, private toilet, wash basin, fridge, Sat. TV, 
    electronic safe, clock radio, etc.
+ There is a fully equipped kitchen (in between both rooms).
+ More privacy than most B&B- or hotel rooms can offer.

Fon WIFI access!
+ There are NO limited "breakfast from - to hours" ... just get up, and have your breakfast when YOU want!
Breakfast delivery at door possible by "Panos Corner Q8 Veurne" at the exact time YOU want it.
+ Private guests garden.
+ Private parking.
+ Residential quarter.
+ No noisy neighbourghs because... you don't have neighbourghs on the 1st floor!
+ etc..

What makes your "Holiday Apartment" so great?
1. Rural, safe and very quiet residential neighborhood (residential quarter).
    Only 200 meters from the city center with lots of shops +3 butchers, 3 bakery's, restaurants, etc.
    Walking distance to the sea and beach (2 km.).
2. Two very clean rooms (Total capacity = 6 persons), each equipped with their own private toilet,
    private shower, satellite TV (Astra), WIFI, etc..

Private parking.
4. Only 500 meters from the golf course with 27 holes (the golf course is planned to open in 2009).
5. Free use of the kitchen, which is situated in between both bedrooms

What is included in your price?

How will the property be furnished and equipped?
Your “Self Catering Room(s)” will be completely furnished and equipped with blankets & pillows.
In the kitchen you will find dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, etc.

What are your terms and conditions for rentals?
If renting our Holiday Apartment, you agree to respect the terms of our agreement.

When you can check in:
The apartment is available from day 1 at 15:00 and must be vacant last day of contract by 10h00am.
Although we are not obligated to offer accommodation before the time stated,
we will be happy to offer it whenever possible and upon previous arrangements.
If there is a check out the day you arrive, we may suggest to come in to drop your luggage
and go out for your first espresso and croissant until the cleaning is done.
However, please remember that you are not entitled to remain in occupation after the aforementioned time.
These restrictions are predominantly designed to allow time for cleaning the apartment prior to the next check in.

You are a smoker?
We are sorry but the apartment is 100% smoke free!
You will find smoking areas in the garden, cafés, .. YOUR car, ...

What about pets?
We are very sorry, but animals are not allowed!

What about children?
Quiet children are welcome.

How do we find our way to the property and how do we get in?
Please check our website at http://www.ammans.com.
You will be met at the property by us, Jacqueline or Dirk (the owners), or key holder, who will show you around the apartment.
The keys will be handed over to you, the moment you pay us in cash the "total amount"/"amount due" of your reservation upon arrival.

What types of household and food items will be supplied?
You are expected to supply your own provisions.
You should stock up on all food, including condiments and spices, and household items such as soap,
toilet paper, detergent, etc.

How do we find out about weekly markets, good restaurants, shops and services and
the most interesting tourist attractions?
The main tourist office is at Oostduinkerke beach.
They will be happy to provide you with all the information you could have ever dreamed of!

What do we do if there are problems at the property?
Thank you for asking!
If there are problems with the apartment upon your arrival or during your stay, be sure to speak up.
Call us or the key holder or local representative and tell them what's wrong.
Usually, problems can be remedied easily and will make your stay that much more enjoyable.
We regret that complaints cannot be reviewed after your return if the key holder/local representative has not been notified and allowed to resolve the problem while you are in residence.

Do your apartment has lifts or handicapped access?
Unfortunately NO, our apartment is not suitable for handicapped persons!

Can we get a discount for our stay?
We are not a big rental company and our prices are already very competitive.

Why do we need to give a security deposit to you?
Would you give the key to your own property without a minimum guarantee to get it back in good condition?
We consider that trusting our guests for their honesty is the best way to have them respect us and our properties.
That is why we will always ask you for a deposit of 150 Euro.


Does the property have to be spotless when we leave?
The property is cleaned before you arrive.
At departure, you are responsible for leaving it in a clean and orderly fashion.
Dishes should be washed and put away and all trash and bottles removed and deposited in the designated receptacles.
A professional vacuum cleaner will be at your disposal.

Ps: If you want us to clean the apartment in your place, or
if more than average cleaning is required to prepare for the next renter >> an extra charge of 50 Euro will be deducted from your security deposit!

Where can we withdraw cash?
There are plenty ATM's and banks in the immediate vicinity.
