Please,
send us your 
request.
In case of a booking request, we will send you a request to
pay us
a
security deposit of 150 Euro.
We will
confirm your booking, and block the Studio/TwinStudio for you online,
as soon as we receive the confirmation of your
payment.
In case the payment of someone else comes in before yours, then we will pay you back immediately.
(First payed = first booked!)
The security deposit will be payed back to you in the 1st week after your departure
if there has no damage been done to the installations.
In case of "no-show" or cancellation of your booking,
the security deposit will be used to cover the costs of your
canceled booking or "no-show".

Dans le cas d'une demande de réservation, nous vous enverrons
une demande de nous payer
un
dépôt de
sécurité de 150 Euro.
Nous confirmerons votre réservation, et bloquons le Studio/TwinStudio pour vous en ligne,
dès que nous recevrons la confirmation de votre paiement.
Au cas où le paiement de quelqu'un d'autre entre avant ceux-ci de vous, alors nous vous rembourserons immédiatement.
(Premier a payé = le premier a réservé!)
On vous remboursera le dépôt de sécurité dans la première semaine qui suit vôtre départ,
si là aucun dommage n'a
été fait aux installations.
En cas d'une "no-show", ou annulation de votre réservation, le
dépôt de sécurité
sera employé pour
couvrir les coûts de votre réservation annulée ou de votre "no-show".

Ingeval van een reservatie-aanvraag zullen wij U verzoeken om

waarborgsom te betalen van 150 Euro.
Wij bevestigen Uw reservatie, en blokkeren het Studio/TwinStudio voor U online,
van zodra wij de bevestiging
ontvangen hebben van Uw betaling.
Ingeval de betaling van iemand anders binnenkomt vóór die van u, dan zullen wij U onmiddelijk terugbetalen.
(Eerst betaald = eerst geboekt!)
De waarborgsom betalen wij U terug in de eerste week die volgt op Uw vertrek,
indien er geen schade aan de installaties is
vastgesteld.
In het geval van "no-show" of annulering van uw reservatie
zal de waarborgsom
gebruikt worden om de kosten van uw geannuleerde reservatie of
"no-show" te dekken.
